Feel like giving up!!

Me and my so have been trying for 19 months now with 3 heart breaking miscarriages.. I am 8 days late for my period now but keep getting BFN I'm a bit bloated and weeing a lot more and have had implantation like bleeding pinky colour when I wiped.. has any one had a BFP later on or shall I just give up hope now ?? All comments welcome just want some advices
