Blood flow

Any of you experienced high blood flow in cord? My baby has been measuring small for weeks, and ive still not yet felt really strong kicks or seen my tummy move, went for scan Thursday and got told that my cord blood flow is high! They gave me 2 lots of steroids and said my baby maybe delivered early, find out Tuesday, I'm so stress and worried as I know I should be feeling her loads more than I am! I feel as if she's just very weak X lease any advice would help😢😢
