I've had 3 periods in March 😩

I originally started my period February 28th and it ended on the 2nd. After a plan B pill on the 4th of February I had another period that started on the 10th and ended the 13th. Now today I noticed that my period is coming down once again. Is this normal after taking a plan b pill?
