Question

I'm four days late. I took two pregnancy tests that are supposed to pick up the hormones up to four days before my missed period. I took one the day after I missed my period and another today, both negative. I'm not sure what to think.

Answer

It doesn't actually mean you're not pregnant. It would have usually shown up by now, but I got a positive that was so faint I almost missed it at 4 days late. I didn't get a solid, I-can't-miss-that positive until I was almost 10 days late. Don't stress, AF might still show. If she doesn't by week 2 of missed period, see your doctor.
