What is going on here? Please help...

My SO and I had sex 3 weeks ago on my period, and recently I've been experiencing breast tenderness, my nipples have been tingling, mild cramping, nausea, and this morning there was some weird clear fluid leaking out of my breasts. Could I be pregnant? We've taken 2 tests. A pink dye first response and a clear blue digital. Both came out negative. What is going on with my body?
