Bed, Bottle & Sleep

How does putting a baby to bed with a bottle affect them any differently then me rocking her and her drinking a bottle then me putting her into her bed. ****FYI--IM NOT PUTTING MY BABY TO BED WITH A BOTTLE. I'm asking HOW it causes decay vs how I currently put her to bed which is ME feeding her than putting her in bed WITHOUT a bottle. How come her teeth aren't decayed? Seems about the same to me. I don't plan to ever put her to bed with a bottle, EVER! Simple questions.
