I went to the doctor for an u/s and was suppose to be 8 weeks and measured at 6 weeks with no heartbeat.  The doctor said he could see blood moving down but I have not had any spotting at all. My question is, how long will it take to have a natural miscarriage if I haven't even started spotting yet?
