I'm in limbo right now with being between doctors...the one who transferred my care isn't returning my calls and the one I'm going to be with soon says they can't help since I'm not technically a patient yet. Anyways....I have severe allergies and take zyrtec 10mg and still keep a stuffy nose. I need to know of any nasal sprays that o can take, OTC or Rx (since I have a few). Any tips will help....oh and netti pot does not help.
