I'm 23wks3days my boobs grew and started leaking early. I can tell now because I feel a tingling sensation and before I know it one leaks and the other follows. Messing up all my bras.

Mine grew a little at the beginning and were really sensitive. But now they're just boobs again. One morning I did wake up with crusty stuff on each nipple so I guess they leaked during the night once.

I'm 23 weeks too and my boobs just feel really great when I take my bra off for the day, but no leaks yet lol. They haven't even grown much :'(
