Symptoms disappearing!

According to Glow I'm 5 weeks 2 days along. Last week I was exhausted, needed to pee all the time and had loads of cramps. This week although I have breast tenderness, I don't have any other symptoms. Its my first pregnancy and its so hard not to worry. Can anyone reassure me by having similar happen to them? I've had zero spotting since my last period.
