I'm 12-13 DPO, feeling sick, can i get a + PT today?

Period is 4 days away, but I'm feeling sick. Ovulation tests are coming up negative, can I get a + this early on a cheapie test, I've taken FRER curved and got ➖ a couple of days ago. Is it possible to get a ➕ this soon before my AF is due?

I got my bfp quite early. Not sure how many dpo but i think it was 10 or 11. Test and let me know 😊. Dont be too disheartened if its negative though as some women take longer to build up the hcg in their body
