Prenatals

I had bought some similac prenatals until my insurance covered my presciption prenatals but they're so hard to swallow and smell horrible! I I used to take the gummies when I was TTC and I was wondering if gummie prenatals have the same effect and benefit as the presciption ones. If so, which ones do you ladies recommend?
