Could it be preeclampsia?

Woke up this morning and I couldn't pee a whole bunch like I usually can... Got myself a big glass of water, and made some toast. Started feeling dizzy, and nauseous but haven't gotten sick. I started getting a headache about a hour ago. I've drank multiple glasses of water, and ate a banana. I called my prenantal nurse and am waiting for a call back to see what I should do... I'm scared .

It could be a number of things, don't expect the worst. I had preeclampsia in only my 1st pregnancy. I swelled up majorly, and had headaches, and pain in my upper right side near my ribs and high blood pressure. There was also protein in my urine. It was a mild case though, which doesn't mean they deliver baby right away. They waited a while until they induced me with my 1st. So all in all, you could easily just feel headachey, and simply be dehydrated...which would cause all the symptoms your describing.

Everyone seems to be different but when i had preeclampsia with my son i swelled up i mean absolutley ballooned all over my body to the point where i struggled to stand up and sit down. I couldnt breathe if i leaned forward or back because my neck was that swollen. I also had a pain under my ribs which has been linked to preeclampsia thats came sooner than the blood pressure. I felt like there was a drill going through the front of my head. They then did my blood pressure and it was sky high then the bloods came back as preeclampsia
