Really smelly urine and white discharge?

Could it be a uti and is that dangerous for baby? I also have lower back pain it's like sharp pains, and it doesn't hurt to pee but the inside of my vagina hurts.

Sounds like Bacterial Vaginosis or a uti, go see a doctor and get some anti biotics. Uti can lead to kidney infection and BV can lead to premature labor if not treated.

If it burns to pee its a uti. This sounds more like a yeast infection to me. But go to your doc and they will know. Give you then proper medicine.

You could have a yeast infection, are you itchy? Is the discharge smelly too? 
Drink lots of water, as you could also just be dehydrated.

Actually symptoms of a UTI rarely show in pregnant women.  I've had two this pregnancy and I had no idea.  It's very possible you have a UTI

You would definitely know if it was a UTI. There is no mistaking that but if you're really concerned just ask your doctor. You could've eaten asparagus and forgotten. Lol. I do that all the time.
