Today at the doctor..

Today at the doctor they said anytime someone comes in with a uti or Any pregnancy related symptoms they have to test the urine for pregnancy. Well I'm 7dpo and my doctor came in and said the test came back negative..
Should I give up or not lose hope just yet? Is it too soon to show up?
