Ummmm, input please! Pretty please!

We will be starting IVF this summer. We happened to have sex about four times over the course of a week and a half and it just so happened to be in my window. Today is CD 24. AF is due on CD 30. Yesterday, I had a really achy lower back but thought it was from sitting in an uncomfortable chair. This morning, I had very unusual cramps and even said, "...but my period isn't due yet." I felt queasy and the thought of food definitely made it worse. I ended up throwing up, which I pretty much never do, and felt a lot better. And, I can't think of a time I threw up minutes after I woke up. Usually, if I have the stomach flu, I don't feel better afterwards. I had no appetite until dinner and did fine eating then except that I was grossed out by chicken. At lunch, I thought I was going to get sick from the smell of enchiladas. My boobs continue to be sore and I have an achy lower back and a little bit of a stuffy nose and am eager to lie down but wouldn't say I truly feel bad. I'm wondering if I'm coming down with something but when I get sick, it's usually a little more obvious.
