Diarrhea for two days and extreme hunger! Spent all day in bed!! 19 weeks pregnant, I know I should see a doctor but anyone else have this ?? Do you think I'm sick, it is flu season or is it pregnancy realated ??

Diarrhea is not a symptom of the flu but make sure you don't get dehydrated. I would make a trip to your doctor anyways to make sure everything is alright but it may just need to run it's course
