Vision changing

I'm almost 29 weeks and just went to the eye dr yesterday because My vision wasn't sharp anymore. Turns out it changed from 2.25 to 2.75. Anyone else have this happen? Does it go back to the way it was after you give birth? This is my first pregnancy so I have nothing to compare it to. Thanks!
