How many couples sleep in different beds?

Question

I know couples who sleep in different beds is more common then you would think. It's just not something people want to bring up bc their relationship will be judged for the worst. When in fact a lot of happy/healthy relationship coexist like this. Personally I would love to sleep in my own bed, I'm a light sleeper. My husband is opposite and sleeps better with me so it's out of the question!

My husband sleeps in our guest room right now. He has been working 7 days a week and our 10 month old son is still working on sleeping through the night. 😕 
The only problem is now my two big dogs think they need to sleep in bed with me every night. 😊

My mom and dad did because 4 people in one bed is uncomfortable. I slept with my dad and my brother slept with my mom 😂 sometimes we played musical beds.

My husband and I have always slept in the same bed, but we agreed that he'll probably need to sleep in the guest room while the baby co-sleeps with me. He snores really loudly, and I pointed out to him that if I can't get a decent night's sleep through it, there's no way a newborn will!

Same room and same bed but a few nights a week he'll move into the spare room so that I can catch up on my sleep. It works perfectly for us as he also gets a good rest without me constantly waking him up because of the snoring. We both wake rested and refreshed.

I've been struggling with breastfeeding and therefore have had to pump in the middle of the night. My hubby decided to let me have our master bedroom with our baby while I get through the hard times. He sleeps with our older son for now. 
It's working out for the time being. It won't be forever and we are still really close

My grandparents have always slept in separate beds/rooms. My grandma actually sleeps on a mat in their living room because she has HORRIBLE back problems.

My husband would never be ok with sleeping apart. He works early mornings and goes to bed quite early now, he guilts me into going to bed with him every night "or else he can't sleep without cuddles" 🙄. 
My parents have slept in separate rooms for years however due to my dad snoring and them preferring different soft/hard mattresses

Right now I'm in a different country then my husband so obviously we sleep in separate beds but even before I came here I slept in bed he slept on couch by choice. I need silence n darkness to sleep and he falls asleep to the tv so when ur alarm goes off at 430 am u need to b able to sleep. It's not odd to us. We r completely happy and have 2 kids and want more. It's just not worth the aggravation of how different we r. I toss n turn to so it all works out. As long as u communicate and have alone time it works.

My bio dad and step mother didn't even sleep in the same room. He slept on the bottom floor in his room in his bed she slept upstairs in her room in her bed. They are now divorced tho.. Me and my husband sleep in the same bed same room because to me it's just odd for a married couple not to but we don't cuddle and fall asleep lol I don't like being touched while I sleep 😂
