Help me!!!!!

Okay so I have been experiencing heavily bleeding with clots for 9 days now, and it will slow down and start up again, I am currently 7 weeks pregnant... I have had three scans done in less than 2 weeks, and each time the baby is doing great with a strong heartbeat. I'm freaking out a little bit because this morning I woke up for the first time without my boobs killing me? I'm so scared I'm having my 3 rd miscarriage. We have another ultrasound tomorrow. Please tell me others symptoms come and go?!?!?! Thank you in advance.
