Any tips for helping the pain?

I have a cyst on my ovary which causes extreme back pain as well as pain in hip area. I have an OBGYN appointment next week to do an ultrasound to check it and I'm hoping they'll give me something for the pain cause Tylenol/aleave/ibuprofen etc isn't doing anything to help. I can barely drive without my back killing me after 5 minutes. I'm only 22 so I'm in college and even sitting in a chair kills my back. I need some relief 😩 does anyone have any remedies that will help till I get to the doctor?
