Friends over me 😞

So lately my boyfriend has been hanging out with his friends most of the time and only really sees me when his friends don't make plans 😔I've already talked to him about it and he tells me he always wants to see me and that I shouldn't take it the wrong way...but he doesn't change...I just want some love and affection..I feel like the second option here 😞I don't know what to do..
