What to do?

I had unprotected sex (pullout method) on March 20th. On March 22 I had light spotting. When I missed my period on the 23 I took a test but got a BFN. I am now 7 days late, and it's already the of the month. I have had to pee lots but with very short stream. I also experience stomach pains. My boobs and nipples are swollen, I have really visible blue veins. Could I be pregnant or is this normal? Should I retake a test?
