Suicial fuckboy?

Recently I've been taking to a guy *as friends* and the other day he sent me a random dick pic😁 I had a go at him and he apologised but I said I didn't want to talk anymore as its weird😅 then he said "I've apologised what else can I do except probably shoot myself" and has go on to say he's been suicial yet idek if he's lying to talk to me more but I don't really want to talk... What should I do??
