Tight/Bloat Upper Abdomen
Can Braxton Hicks be in the upper abdomen too? This morning I tried to wait off going pee but when I went to get up I couldn't stand straight and my top tummy was SUPER hard and achy. Is this BH or uterus moving or did I wait too long to pee?
