Morning sickness true or false?

I just read online that women who have morning sickness and nauesa are more than likely to have a healthier baby than someone who doesnt. Im 8 weeks and i havent threw up yet. Is this statement true or false? Help!!

I think they say that just to make those of us dying of morning sickness feel better. "Oh hey you're Throwing up every day, but that means your baby is healthy".

It's true, But sometimes you don't throw up it's just all day everyday horrible nausea.

Every preganancy is different, as is how each woman reacts to the hormonal changes etc. some women don't have any symptoms and others seem to get everyone in the book! X

Definitely false! All women are different and some have nausea and some don't. I have friends that have had it and babies weren't completely healthy and some who had none with very healthy babies. Don't believe everything you hear or read.

Although I am 8w and constantly nauseous and it does ease some nerves, that statement is false. You can have a perfectly healthy baby with little to no symptoms!

My doctor did tell me that morning sickness is a good sign that the baby is growing and still there, with my other two kids I threw up all nine months and the minute I found out I was pregnant with this baby I started with the morning sickness and it has been nonstop even with medicine, the medicine has worked I'm able to eat a bit more but still very nausea and my 20 weeks and 4 days

Don't panic my sickness started at 8.5 weeks and was excessive like at least 4 episodes a day till 18 weeks and still happens occasionally so it could happen you yet :P
