Been trying to get pregnant for 2 years with my husband. My period always comes each month but it comes three days later than it should n that happenes every month. My BMi says I'm over weight bc I'm 190 but it's all in my chest n hips. My friend is like 280 n is pregnant so why can't I have children? We've tried this lube called preseed n it's supposed to help his sperm get up to fertilize my stuff. I just don't get what I'm doing wrong. I have a cyst on my right ovary but several doctors have told me that won't lower my chances of getting pregnant
