Wondering what everyone's opinion on whether or not married couples should have separate or joint bank accounts, and pros/cons to this. My husband and I have opposing views on this, to where he doesn't even want to discuss it. I don't have a problem with the joint accounts but he does. He also doesn't think we should have access to each others accounts, nor does he think it's our business to know the amount of money we each have or inquire about each others accounts.
