Quick question

Hello ladies. Just have a quick question. I tried calling my doc office but they are closed for lunch. So i gotta wait 15 mins. But just have a concern. Wanted to see what you ladies think. Im 27 w and 1 day. I just went to the rest room. And there was a sound of something going in the toilet. I wiped and there was white creamy discharge and ive been cramping all day. If you push on the bottom of my stomach where the cramping is it hurts. Im calling my doc to be better safe then sorry. But not sure what it could be. Any ideas?
