Boyfriend's ex doesn't understand

So my boyfriend's ex girlfriend seems to have issues... My boyfriend has blocked her different numbers so many times yet she's always calling and trying to text him now my boyfriend just says look who it is again and ignores and blocks again and again they broke up like a year and half ago and we've been dating for almost a year you'd think she'd have it figured out by now
