Fluttering in the lower abdomen , but still have not missed. Could this be implantation ? L

We BD on the 26th before a positive OTK and again on the 28th after a positive OTK with all positive ovulation symptoms. Since the 30th I have had headaches, backaches, bloating, and this crazy fluttering sensation in my right lower abdomen region. Am I crazy or could I have possibly conceived and am sensing implantation? I know that it is way early, but ever since I have constantly felt a twitching / tightening sensation in that region. I want a baby so badly, and I think maybe my anticipation and own thoughts are getting to me. I really want to believe that it is going to happen! We are ttc for our 2nd and my little family is so excited to bring a new gift into our lives. How soon could I take a pregnancy test and it show a true false or negative result? Has anyone else ever experienced these symptoms early on with pregnancy? I'm trying not to let myself get excited and helpful in case it doesn't happen this time around.
