Vomiting without nausea?

I'm 10 weeks tomorrow and thought I'd escaped the dreaded 'morning sickness' - However I woke up at 3 this morning, couldn't get back to sleep but felt fine, then all of a sudden started retching and had to run to the bathroom to be sick. Could this be MS or something else? Is it more normal to feel nauseous before you're sick?

I suffer with morning sickness, though it's not everyday that I actually vomit. Most mornings I'm nauseous & I'm 11 weeks.

I actually had really bad nausea without any vomiting for a couple of weeks.. And then my nausea went away when I started vomiting! It felt like it was out of nowhere as well.
I think it might be normal - you can always check with your doctor
