Jealousy 😔😕😡

So last night I was at work and my fella txt me like always then stopped I assumed he'd fell asleep, I then got a notification saying a girl tagged him in a status on about some gaming weekend ( this weekend after he promised it was our date weekend) and he was up for that (bare in mind I don't know this girl) so Iv just got home and there's his clothes out the wardrobe folded on our bedroom floor so he obviously went out and Cz Iv just asked he's spat his dummy out... Should I be concerned? This isn't like me at all but jealousy and paranoia has kicked in hard this morning for some reason 😪
