So me any my partner have been together 11 years, always had an amazing relationship. We have 3 year old twins and nothing sexually has every changed - always been fab ! Until recently (last 6 months) things have been 'different' just seems no connection, if we have sex it literally is just sex, no intamacy, no feelings, no kissing or touching =/ then I find on our ipad that he's been viewing porn ( we have openly watched it together in the past ) he often says he isn't tired and il go bed alone and he will join later, so I guess while I'm laid in bed feeling so alone he's downstairs watching it .. There is tons of it/over many days and weeks - I am really hurt that he's made me feel so low in myself like it's me that's the problem .. I just feel so rubbish.

How can I approach this?
