Cosleeper or crib???

I'm so confused! We're about to start or registry, and don't know which one would be better? We have a1 bedroom, big enough for either a crib, or a cosleeper.

Anyone have any advice? Anyone know what the differences are?

Cribs are good for long term. Get one that will also be a toddler bed. We will have both for this baby. We are also in a one bedroom

We have our crib sidecar to our bed so it's like a cosleeper but can be a crib later.

I would do the crib, because you'll have to buy one eventually. Must cosleepers are good up until around 6 months then are to small.

Cosleepers are awesome if you want the baby in your room when they're little but then you plan to move them into a crib in their own nursery once they sleep through the night. I have a cosleeper and I love it but you can't use it long term. You'll need a crib for when baby gets bigger. My son was in his crib until he was almost 2 so the cosleeper definitely would have worked that long.

Are you talking about the co sleeper that goes between you in bed? Or the one that goes right up next to the bed

We just ordered the crib yesterday and it's a 4-1 so my daughters gonna have it till she's in a twin or full bed I can't remember.

We have a handmade cradle that all of my brother sister and my kids have been in. 
I also got a crib that converts into a toddler bed and then a double bed

No i been looking myself and i was wondering if I should get a mini crib like the cloth ones...i cant think of the actual name of it now lol...but neways it starts out as a place for baby to sleep &turns into like a playyard type thing.
