First time using ovulation kit

So we have been trying to conceive for a while been to the Doctor Who said I have PCOS who texted me who then said I do not have PCOS send me to a specialist who confirmed I do not have PCOS but I am insulin resistant so started me on Metformin been on it for about 2 months and still no bfp so today I purchased my first ovulation kits and this is my results I'm kind of excited but nervous at the same time what do you think?
