I feel like I would have been close with someone very close in age to me. However, I'm much closer with my brother six years younger than me than my sister two years younger than me

It's got nothing to do with the age gap, it's just each child character and whether they will actually want to be friends.

My brother and I are 23 months apart. We're very close now, but growing up we bickered so much. My sister was 4 years older than me, and we were closer as children but bickered as we grew older. I think it just depends on the kids. Lol

Girl,  my kids are 2 years and 22 days apart and let me tell you... They fight CONSTANTLY . And I mean constantly!!!!!! I think if they were another year or so apart it'd be easier. My kids are 8 and 6 and we are now expecting baby #3!
