I'm not a fan of them by any means.. I can tell you this though, I do like 3 of their songs.

It would be unique if people DIDNT like One Direction. (And by saying that I'm including if you even just like one or two of their songs)
Because music tastes are wired into your brain and popular music uses an algorithm and simple repetitive melodies that causes pleasure in everyone's brain. That's why all the popular songs are so catchy and relatable. And then they get these cute boys to sing and sell. So no, it's not weird at all. I'm a fan myself. :)

No its not weird. We all have preferences. I probably like music many people hate or think is dorky. But seriously the best music is what makes you happy so don't worry about what people think of it. I'm not saying to go around teliing everyone you like their music though... Its sort of like liking JB music. I do but seriously nobody knows!!!!
