So I've liked this guy for who knows how many years, and I told him I like him in October and he said he likes me too. He is kinda shy so we aren't dating or anything. Should I ask him out? But I'm not aloud to date till I'm 16 and it feels like that will take forever. We have know eachother since we were baby's and he is one of my best friends, I tell him everything.  And my mom is best friends with his mom so they talk to eachother a lot and they could probably find out we are dating pretty fast. Should I ask him out? And if I do shoulder secretly date?
