Best acne treatment to use!?

Okay so lately I've been breaking out bad, it seems like I get on pimple then days later I get a patch of pimples or just bumps (attached is a picture but its kinda hard to see) I was wondering what is the best acne treatment for very sensitive skin?! I can't use any Neutrogena.. I've always had bad reactions to that, I was thinking pro active or something similar but I get mixed answers on if it works or not from people.. I currently use acnefree but apparently it's not good enough anymore.. So just wanna know everyone's view on pro active or if there's something you use for your sensitive skin & love! I'm used to a three step treatment so anything like that I will use!
