Water, and fruits and vegetables. Keep your liver happy. The only thing a detox treatment is going to do is fix you temporarily, your liver is your bodies natural detox system.. if you're going to put money towards anything, you're better off just putting it towards something that actually works and doesn't take photoshopped photos to show claimed results. Plus your body will actually feel alot better.

You need a colon cleanser. Ifyou go toGNC (or a health store that specializes in selling vitamins), they have a 3 day colon-cleanser. Works great, and you feel so much better with all of the toxins out of your body. Warning though, you have to drink it like every 4 hours along with a bunch of water to help flush out the toxins, and you will want to stay near a toilet as it liquifies everything in your intestines. But it is worth it in the end. Hope this helps! :)
