Tender pain on my labia majora?

Hey everyone! So I've been experiencing this on and off for a while but there is like a large bump or something under the surface of my skin, and it is very very tender. It hurts just to touch it, so naturally it is very hard to get comfortable. I'm not sure what it is caused by. I do get waxed every month or two, and I have sex weekly. If anyone has similar experiences could you let me know?
