5 weeks pregnant and cramps

Just found out I'm pregnant from a home test because I missed my period. I'm guessing I'm around 5 weeks, from the days of my last period. I'm having cramps a lot throughout the day and it's been like that for about a week now. I miss carried in December when I was 7 weeks, I'm scared it's happening again. Are these cramps normal or are you not supposed to have any cramps??? Because I'm the previous pregnancy when I was 5 weeks I didn't have these cramps. I'm scared to go to the doctor because I don't wanna hear the bad news if I am miss carrying again. So how many ladies had cramps at this time in pregnancy or is it not normal? :(
