Please someone help I'm 5 weeks pregnant and went to meet my SO from work felt fine all day apart from being a little stressed as we were walking home I had this awful pain in my lower abdomen just about my crutch sorry couldn't think of another word I also felt dizzy and started sweating like mad I got home and went to the toilet but the pain was still there no bleeding I rested for an half an hour and it seems fine still tender when I move but I'm worried and I don't know who to call I don't have a midwife and the Drs is closed please an advice would be appreciated
