Mother's Milk?!?

Marquita
I had my daughter 3/17 she was 2 months early she is in NICU I've been pumping and bringing milk they keep going up on her milk intake  (WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY GREAT) but I can't keep up. They told me to try Mothers Milk it's an herbal tea. Has anyone tried it before? How was it? What are some other things I can do to produce more milk? I'm pumping milk every 2-3hrs drinking plenty of water and getting sleep! I absolutely do not want her to have Similac!!! I feel like a terribly bad mother 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢 #HELP

Oatmeal (real oatmeal) and red raspberry leaf tea are also great options! As a mommy of a NICU grad, it literally blesses my heart to hear of other babies doing so well! ☺️💜

I have heard that coconut oil helps too...if you add coconut oil to your oatmeal and have a cup of tea, you'll notice a difference in no time ☺️ and ps, you are NOT a bad mother! A bad mother wouldn't care about her baby's best interest.
