I been craving cinnamon tea for some reason but i want to to if its safe or not Im about to be 11 weeks pregnant

I've had cinnamon in my coffee and yogurt and oat meal almost everyday - it's fine

Call your doctor. I'm not sure about cinnamon tea, I know you can't have green tea because it stops absorption of folic acid.

I do not know for certain but I know Im not allowed to use essential oils with cinnamon (and others) because they can induce labor. If you're concerned, call your ob.
