I'm due next month and I'm terrified my sister says it's not that bad but even sex is usually painful for me

Everyone labours differently, all I can say is stay calm and relaxed. Have a nice warm bath and get a birthing ball to bounce on at home, listen to your favorite music and keep moving (the worse thing you can do is lie on a bed!!) Make sure you eat and drink as you'll need the strength. Good luck you'll be great! 😊

You DO NOT want pitocin believe me. Contractions are painful but nothing that i couldnt handle until they gave me pitocin to speed things up and then i felt like i was going out of my mind, pain like no other. As crazy as it sounds and as bad as it is, you really do forget the pain almost instantly after your baby is born. As a ftm, i felt like everything was out of my control which is something i would change for next time 😉

It was long and painful for me. I don't know how I did it without an epidural but I did. Hot water on my lower back really helped me when I was I'm labor. Good luck and just relax you'll do fine

I'm a first time mom so I don't know from experience, but just breathe. Try and stay calm, read a bunch of positive birth stories to get any bad thoughts about it out of your mind. Just remember, it's a natural thing, our bodies are built for this. It'll all be worth it the second you have that baby in your arms (:

Just keep an open mind when the time comes. & Breathe. It's painful, but if you can keep a clear head. You'll be just fine.
