Which Medela package should I choose? Here is what my insurance is offering.

I can't speak to the others, but I love the freestyle. I like how portable it is and that it seems to keep a really good charge. It's super easy to clean too. I think the only cons are that, like has already been mentioned, it will leak if you bend over and sometimes milk condenses and leaks a little too. Neither of those are deal breakers for me though. I would definitely buy it again.

I have both the medela freestyle for this pregnancy and the pump in style backpack from my last. I haven't used the freestyle to speak on the suction but I do have some pros and cons for both

Freestyle:
Lightweight 
Battery powered/portable 
Membranes don't require frequent changes
Can be taken out of bag. (Metro can also)
Timer
Comes with 2 size flanges
Milk can leak out the back if you bend over

Pump in style backpack :
Had to stay in backpack, less storage
Membranes are easily damaged and require frequent changes 
Must me plugged in or use battery pack that takes 8 aa batteries 
Not portable
