Do you eat nutritionally?

Just curious, I try but its not easy when anything healthy costs the most lol

I eat mostly whole unprocessed plant based foods. Lots of whole grains, nuts, lentils, vegetables and fruits. I do eat meat, dairy, and desserts of all kind. I don't limit myself but I keep nutritious food at home. I have a small appetite so it all balances out.

I am studying holistic nutrition. I am well aware of the consequences to the point some food makes me disgusted.

It's actually not true that healthy food is more expensive. Fruits and veggies are some of the cheapest things you can buy!!
