Hello all, I am a first time mommy and before finding out about my little bundle of joy I suffered from panic attacks and anxiety disorders. At the time when they got bad I would take Lorazapam to ease the severe symptoms and help me get back on track. But, I'm 11 weeks pregnant and I can't take that anymore for obvious reasons. Now I will have a follow up appointment next week (04-13) with my OB so I will see what medical advice he has to offer at that time. 
What I really want to know is: what can I do in the meanwhile to help besides the obvious breathing exercises?
